The platen frame is welded from thick-wall steel tube and national-standard angle steel: rigid and dimensionally stable, with straight rails for accurate travel. Surface options include glass (frosted with chamfered edges), fireproof board and leather. Soft platens for roll fabric use a seamless three-layer build (blockboard + fleece + leather), ideal for long runs.
The platen works with manual or automatic far-infrared travelling ovens and tunnel ovens to cure thermoset inks and keep print quality stable. A thick-wall conductor rail supplies power safely and reliably; legs adjust for height and the frame dismantles for easy handling and installation.
