QuadraSync four-dimensional tension balancing system
The QuadraSync tension control system uses 1.5m adaptive mesh clamps and precision servo drive to manage tension intelligently while the mesh is laid. Closed-loop feedback applies 0.5N dynamic tension compensation at all four clamps, holding the stress imbalance across the four sides to 1.5% or less and eliminating the uneven tension and corner stress concentration typical of manual work. Mesh flatness improves substantially, meeting ISO 9001:2015 class 3, while job time falls by 40% and the pass rate rises from 78% with manual work to 98.6%. It suits applications that demand highly consistent substrate tension, such as high-precision screens and optical filter films.
